Nokia has been acquired by Microsoft which is now coming up with great windows phones. With the name Nokia Lumia, it has come up with different models among them some are very good but some are too bad. The best part we feel is the price that they charge is reasonable. Lumia is one of the good phone to use and we do not doubt it. In this article, we will discuss about Nokia Lumia 830 that performs quiet well but about it, it’s common that it performs poorly when some of the games are being played.
Nokia Lumia can be considered as a Flagship phone if you are not enough capable to purchase iPhone 6, Samsung Galaxy S4 or any other. We are stating the above line just to tell you that Lumia 830 has a reasonable price and everyone can afford it. Now don’t think that it would have that amazing features like S4 or Lumia 930 as there are compromises made at one side.
Design
Lumia 830 is shipped with an elegant design that gives a premium look and easier to handle and use. The phone has a similar basic design like the Nokia lumia previous models have but we will call it a better one. It comes with a metal trim, black glass front and a beautiful and colorful plastic that is rear. This is a thinner phone as expected and demanded. It is light in weight.
When we compare it with Lumia 930, there is a small difference in the body. Nokia 930 gives a feeling of being chunky and cumbersome. As the phone comes with a plastic cover, let us go into further detail and tell you that it is removable and this would help you in replacing the battery and the SD card. In addition, the phone also has a dedicated camera shutter button. The phone performs slower as it has a slower processor added to it.
One of the amazing part is that the replaceable cover comes with different colors options including green, orange, etc. These cover replacing options are no doubt good when you hear but when you actually implement, there will a space that you will see.
Getting into further details for the design, Lumia 830 has three buttons on the right edge but these have no space but makes it difficult to use. For the purpose of travelling, this is not a good choice as it has no car satellite navigation.
When the phone is kept in a pocket, these are tough as the buttons themselves get pressed that makes it difficult for the user. This is therefore not considered as a pocket friendly phone.
Screen
The phone looks perfect from the front, it has a 5.0-inch display with a perfect screen resolution of 1280*720 that is 296 pixels per inch . The screen is damn good one.
Camera
The phone includes a 10-megapixel camera with a low light that is also one of the advantage of purchasing this phone. The pictures from the phone seems natural and far more better than other phones offered at this price
Conclusion
Despite the reasonable features of the phone, we are in favor of using the phone as our experience with the phone was one of the better one at this price. We feel that the combination of price and features and the quality is awesome and is deserving to be used once. We have always seen that Nokia has offered us the best quality in the feature phones it manufactured but this is the time for Android and hence Nokia is no more Nokia. It’s Microsoft that works hard to reach the level and capture the market.
